The Technology and Network Management department employs student assistants to work in the Open Lab. These students are primarily there to help with computer equipment problems and to replenish supplies of paper and toner.
The student assistants are familiar with many of the software packages. If you have a software problem, they will be happy to help, but please remember assistants are not computer software experts. For problems which can not be resolved, please contact your instructor during their regular office hours.
Note: Open Computer Lab hours will vary during the Christmas, Spring and Summer breaks. If you would like to use the Open Lab during these times please call the information desk at 732-5200 in advance to confirm the hours of operation.
