The Academic Advising Center staff is offering advising services by remote support using Microsoft Teams, phone and email from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Are Online Classes for You?
Learn the ins and outs of online learning, assess your readiness to take classes remotely and figure out how to succeed in the virtual classroom through UC Clermont's Online Learning Tutorial.
Students can schedule an appointment with their assigned advisor via Starfish using the direct link noted for their advisor below. These appointments will be through your device using Microsoft Teams or over the phone.
Advisors also have drop-in hours via WebEx through the link for the hours noted below.
New Freshman and Transfer Students
The first step to enrollment is completing your Placement Tests as needed. To complete the test(s) online, review the instructions and follow the steps.
Once your placement tests are complete, you will be contacted via phone, text and/or email to schedule an advising appointment.
Students can complete their online orientation course while preparing for their appointment.
Distance Learning Students*
Students in Clermont programs supported by UC Online (UCO) will be contacted by their Student Success Coordinator to set up a welcome call and begin course registration. New freshmen are expected to complete the needed placement tests prior to registration. Any questions about the registration process, graduation plans, Clermont services and support, change of major, academic standing, etc. can be directed to your UC Clermont advisor.
Readmitted students can schedule an appointment with their assigned advisor via Starfish using the direct link noted for their advisor above. These appointments will be through your device using Microsoft Teams. Please check your UC email for your “welcome back” email from the Advising Office.
