UC Clermont

Transfer Student Orientation

Congratulations on your decision to attend UC Clermont College as your next step in higher education! As a transfer student, you bring a wealth of knowledge and collegiate experience to our faculty, staff and students.

Our mission through the online orientation is to ensure that your transition to UC Clermont is seamless. The orientation will introduce our campus, the culture, University policies and procedures, and the many resources we have to offer.

Once your admission process is complete and your credits are evaluated you will receive an email notification to complete the online orientation course. Transfer students must complete the online orientation, offered through Canvas, our online management tool. The orientation course requires approximately two hours to complete.

All new, degree-seeking students are required to complete the UC Clermont  Online Orientation.  This course is designed to provide the necessary tools to ensure your success at UC Clermont College.

Once you complete the online orientation, you will schedule your first individual academic advising appointment.  The Academic Adviser will discuss your individual academic plan and help register for classes.

Attend a Townhall Meeting

The Dean, One Stop and Academic Advising will be holding two Townhall meetings. These meetings are good for questions that come up after your initial orientation and advising session.

Watch for more details in your email!
