The goal of a career assessment is to help you evaluate and understand your knowledge, skills, interests and abilities, through the lens of your future career path. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your values? What interests you and which job would fit you best? What career best fits your personality?
Above all, a career assessment can help you with your career choices. It is intended not as much as a test of your abilities, but as a tool that will allow you to make the most of yourself, your education and your career. You will learn what kind of work environments and occupations suit you best, and what professions match your career personality. Wouldnât you like to know which job would fit you best?
