Technology Support Desk

The Technology Support Desk is available for in-person and remote support.
The office located in Snyder S141 is opened for in person support. If you are having an issue with your device and need assistance please stop by during our posted hours below.

After hours, including weekends, and holidays: On-call coverage for major IT incidents and emergencies that could significantly impact university-wide services or operations. Please call 513-556-HELP (4357) to leave an urgent voicemail message.
