If you are not already a permanent resident possessing an immigrant visa, you will need to acquire an F-1 student visa. The Immigration and Naturalization Service requires the college to verify that you have been admitted as a full-time student and that you have provided documentation that shows you have funds available to meet your estimated expenses for one academic year. This includes round-trip transportation between your home and Ohio.
Your student visa requires you to affirm that you do not intend to permanently live in the United States. This means you will pay non-resident tuition rates.
In addition to tuition, there are other expenses you will need to calculate into the total cost of your education.
UC Clermont does not have dormitories or student housing available on our campus. You can either live in a dormitory on UC's Clifton campus, or you may find housing on your own. UC Clermont does not provide students with transportation, so you will need to make arrangements for getting to and from campus.
Additionally, books are not included in your tuition.
