We're excited you've decided to join us at UC Clermont! The first step to becoming a UC Clermont College student is to complete an online application.

How to Apply

Complete the UC Clermont College application through UC's Web Portal. To begin an application, you will be asked to create an application account, including your email address. Also, be aware that some email providers filter email from UC as junk or prevent it from being delivered at all. Please be sure you add uc.edu to your email's whitelist to ensure you receive communications from UC.

Admissions Deadlines

Important Deadlines

  • Applications for fall (August) semester are accepted until July 1.*
  • Applications for spring (January) semester are accepted until Nov. 15.
  • Applications for summer (May) semester are accepted until March 15.  

* The Aviation Technology program ONLY admits students for the fall semester. The deadline to apply for Aviation Technology is December 1.

All official transcripts and test scores must be received by the application deadline to be considered for admission in the upcoming term.

This step is for students who have been offered admission to UC Clermont. You must confirm your admission before the deadline for the term you wish to start in.

  • Spring semester: Dec. 15
  • Summer semester: April 15
  • Fall semester: Aug. 1

Undergraduate Admission

You're a high school senior or you have a H.S. diploma, GED or home-school equivalent.  

You have earned college credits someplace other than UC Uptown or UC Blue Ash.

You are applying for an online program or certificate.  

You are a veteran or an active duty service member of the United States military.

You had been admitted and completed classes at UC Clermont and took a three-semester or longer break from enrollment.

You're a student whose current country of residence is not the U.S., and you require a student visa.  

You would like to take classes at UC Clermont, but you do not plan to enter a degree or certificate program at this time.  

Special Programs

You're a high school or middle school student who'd like to earn dual high school and college credits.  

You would like to take courses for professional development, continuing education credits and/or training.  

Senior citizens can take classes on campus for free, but no credits will be awarded.
